Steve's first role at London Underground was as Control Equipment Engineer in the Rolling Stock department - part of Professional Services Group & based at Acton Works.

As part of the Engineering Refocus he took on the role of Team Co-ordinator for the Central line team in Trains Delivery Groups based at 30 the South Colonnade, Canary Wharf before moving on to lead the District and Piccadilly line team.
