Scope
A visit to the floating harbour in the Thames estuary where spoil from the Bakerloo line extension is transferred from barge to a large sea going vessel.

The visit will commence at 2:30pm at Westminster Wharf, and is expected to last about 2 hours. Participants are required to bring their own safety shoes and hi-vi. Photography for personal use will be permitted.
